Attorney Kimberly Snow of Hoover, AL; ethical dwarf

The state of Alabama presented Kimberly Jean Snow with law license in 2006 after she graduated from the Mississippi College of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Kim guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Failed to fully cooperate with disciplinary agency (Up Yours, said Kim!)
• Arrested on charge of theft of property, which was later dismissed upon her completion of a diversion program

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Kim by gifting her with a complimentary 91-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Kim practices with Oros & Snow at 2450 Valleydale Road in Hoover, Alabama.
