Attorney David Reid of Birmingham, AL; cheating loser

The state of Alabama presented David Alfred Reid with law license in 1974 after he graduated from Samford University Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respond to numerous requests for client file
• New counsel had to construct client file at great expense to the client because Dave refused to turn over the client’s file
• Failed to refund unearned portion of fee (cheater)
• Billed client $1,450 in fees in excess of Bankruptcy court approval

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Dave practices at 270 Doug Baker Blvd in Birmingham, Alabama.
