Attorney Michael Stewart Sr. of Cullman, AL; ethical dwarf

The state of Alabama presented Michael Allen Stewart Sr. with law license in 1986 after he graduated from the Birmingham School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respond to numerous client phone calls
• Failed to advise client of status of legal matter
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Mike!)
• Required to refund half of fee paid by client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Mike practices at 1821 Fox Meadow Trail in Cullman, Alabama.
