Judge Ephraim Makgoba of South Africa; alleged liar, scofflaw

Judge Steenkamp is a member of the Labour Court that sits in Pretoria.

The Judicial Conduct Committee (JCC) found Ephraim guilty of the following misconduct.

• Threatened to use his judicial power improperly
• Engaged in a manner unbecoming of a judge
• Barked at attorney that his clients had “an agenda to mile the state institutions (client’s suing due to cutting of their electricity supply)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Conduct Committee punished Ephraim by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Ephraim continues to sit as the Judge President of the Limpopo High Court in Polokwane, South Africa.
