Shannon succeeded in duping the voters in the Bakersfield area into electing her to the California Assembly in November 2010. She was able to dupe the same voters in reelecting her in 2012.

 

In addition to being an Aspiring Standup Comedian, Shannon is also a well-respected Moron, Screwball and Lunatic.

 

Shannon proposed legislation that would grant a $321 child income tax deduction for an “expected child.”

 

Robert Smith, who is employed as a compliant lackey and Moron as Shannon’s legislative director, laughingly said that the legislation was not specifically intended to spark new debate over California’s refusal to recognize a fetus as a person for abortion purposes.

 

Smith’s comment was in keeping with his desire to find a part-time job as a Standup Comedian at The Punch Line Comedy Club at 2100 Arden Way in Sacramento.

 

Maybe Shannon should propose legislation granting a $500 tax deduction for anyone with an I.Q. equal to or lower than the legal speed limit in a School Zone. My bad, he couldn’t do so because it would constitute an egregious “conflict of interest.”
