Rudy Giuliani: Today’s “Rodney Dangerfield Comic” Award Winner

This isn’t the first Award presented to Rudy. In the past, he has been the recipient of nineteen (19) Awards in various categories, the subject of two (3) opinion pieces and of one (2) laments. Those awards, opinion pieces and laments are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.

During a recent (late October 2019) appearance on the Fox News Comedy Network, Rudy decided to provide further proof that he’s a total Moron who doesn’t have a clue about the constitution and the rules for impeaching a president. Put simply, his knowledge of the law is analogous to The Great Leader’s familiarity with the meaning of a monogamous relationship.

After applying a heavy dose of Industrial Strength Boudreaux’s Butt Paste to his derriere for self-protection, Rudy laughingly claimed that Democratic members of Congress could be sued regarding their actions for impeaching The Great Leader.  Towards that end, he made the following statements to Fox’s low I.Q. followers:

  • “I had a couple of talks with civil rights lawyer and a constitutional lawyer today and here's what they're recommending: that we should bring a lawsuit on behalf of the president and several of the people in the administration, maybe even myself as a lawyer, against the members of Congress individually for violating constitutional rights, violating civil rights.”
  • “They are doing extraordinary things.”
  • “For example, they are violating — they’re interfering with the president in exercising his rights under Article II: The president United States conducts the foreign policy of the United States” Giuliani said.
  • “They're calling foreign leaders. They are going to foreign capitals.”
  • “This is worse than McCarthy." (McCarthyism)

You must be extremely ignorant to argue that The Great Leader could sue members of Congress for embarking on an impeachment inquiry that is authorized by the constitution. It appears that the NYU School of Law did not offer courses in constitutional law in the mid-1960s. Moreover, The Great Leader lacks “standing” to sue member of Congress as does Rudy the Moran and his comrades. Legal standing to sue someone must have been another course that NYU did not offer.
