Radio Host Tom Emmer (MN): Today’s “Screwball” Award Winner

Tom Emmer and Bob Davis host a daily comedy talk show on News-Talk – AM 1130, a Fox affiliate in the Twin Cities (St. Paul and Minneapolis).

In 1988, the state of Minnesota presented Thomas Emmer, Jr. with a law license after he graduated from the William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, which is a 3rd tier school dedicated to serving losers that couldn’t get accepted at the University of Iowa, Minnesota or Wisconsin law schools. In fact, William Mitchell ranks as the 134th best law school out of 144 schools ranked by U.S. News & World Report in its 2013 publication.

Screwy Tom ran for Governor of Minnesota in 2010; however, the voters weren’t fooled and told Tommy to take a hike. Maybe Tommy would have done better if he chose fellow Screwball, Rep. Michelle Bachman to be his running mate. Two Screwballs for the price of one!

Apparently Tommy had difficulty in earning a dishonest living as an attorney and decided to go into comedy along with Bob Davis. During a recent comedic skit, Tom’s partner Bob Davis decided to go after the family members of the children killed at Newtown. Of course Tommy followed along by posing various comedic questions for Bob, which led to Bob the Loon telling the family members of Sandy Hook “to go to hell.”

Of course Tommy never objected to Bob’s outrageous statement. He was obviously more concerned about ratings among the Morons (my apologies to Morons) that tune into his radio show every day.

One would think that AM 1130 in the Twin Cities would fire Tommy and Bobby; however, since it is a Fox affiliate that clearly caters to the fringe right, that likely won’t happen.

Congrats Tommy; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of America’s Premier “Screwballs”; you are far too humble.
