Judge Thomas Prince of Oklahoma City; moronic loser

The state of Oklahoma presented Thomas Prince E. Prince with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Oklahoma City University Law School.

In 2012, Gov. Mary Fallin was duped into appointing Tommy as a Oklahoma County judge. Tommy didn’t get the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the Oklahoma City area. He received it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

Tommy was assigned to hear a case filed by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) seeking the removal o f a Ten Commandment monument from state Capitol grounds.

In a recent (September 1014) ruling, Tommy the Moron dismissed the lawsuit. He did so despite a numerous court rulings that stated it was unconstitutional to have a Ten Commandment monument on government property.

In fact, a 2002 decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, ruled that a Ten Commandment monument placed in the building housing the Alabama Supreme Court was unconstitutional. The unconstitutional monument was placed there at the direction of then Chief Justice Ray Moore. When Moore refused to have the monument removed, he was tossed off the bench by the Alabama Supreme Court.

Unfortunately, the taxpayers of Oklahoma have been made and will continue to be forced to foot the bill for Tommy the Moron’s unconstitutional action. Of course Tommy doesn’t much give a damn since it isn’t going to cost him anything.

As we speak (ca. September 2014), Tommy remains sitting as a Oklahoma County judge in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
