Attorney William Bumster of Wethersfield, CT; repeat offender 

The state of Connecticut provided William Bumster with a law license in 1958.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Provided financial assistance to client
• During course of client’s case, Billy improperly loaned him $10,000

As one would suspect this wasn’t Billy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Billy practices at 786 Silas Dean Highway in Wethersfield, Connecticut.
