Rep. Randy Neugebauer (R-TX): Today’s “Screwball” Award Winner

Congratulations to….

Rep. Randy Neugebauer

Today’s “Screwball” Award Winner

In June 2003, Randy succeeded in duping the voters in the Abilene and Lubbock areas into electing him as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives.

In February 2015, Randy authored an amendment to the Student Success Act that was specifically aimed at a woman’s right to choose. The screwy legislation had absolutely nothing to do with students or schools.

Randy’s asinine legislation would withhold federal funding from any school district in the country that enters into a contract with health centers unless the center certifies that it will not provide abortions or give students any information about abortion, including directions to the nearest abortion provider.”

This is the same Randy who ardently opposes the federal government’s involvement in most matters by claiming that State’s Rights should prevail. However, when it comes to a woman’s right to choose, Randy is more than happy to place himself at the entrance of a woman’s womb.

As my now deceased father once said, “If I didn’t impregnate the woman, then it’s none of my damn business.”

It’s too bad that Randy’s Mom didn’t consider an abortion in early March 1949. If she had, we wouldn’t have to listen to his screwy misogynistic rants.

Congrats Randy; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Screwballs”; you are far too humble.
