Attorney James Sherman of Phoenix; ethical dwarf 

The state of Arizona presented James E. Sherman with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The State Bar found Jimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed communicate with client regarding collection of debt owed to client
• Failed to notify client of his intent to withdraw his representation
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Jimmy!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Cliff by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Jimmy practices in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
