Attorney Richard Parks II of Sun City West, AZ; lying thief 

 

The state of Arizona presented Richard C. Parks II with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Capitol University Law School.

 

The Arizona State Bar found Dick guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.


As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 4-year suspension of his law license. 

  • Engaged in the unauthorized practice of law while license suspended
  • Failed to file action or appeal on behalf of two clients
  • Failed to communicate with clients
  • Allowed statute of limitations to run on several client causes of action
  • Lied to his clients that another attorney would be taking over their cases
  • Lied to clients that he had provided another attorney with their files
  • Denied his clients access to their files
  • Misused client trust funds
  • Misappropriated (stole) client funds
  • Numerous client failed to receive settlement proceeds they were lawfully entitled to receive

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Dick practices with Rich Parks Law at 13738 West Aleppo Drive in Sun City West, Arizona.
