Attorney William Gouger Jr. of Jasper, TN; ethical dwarf

The state of Tennesseeprovided William L. Gouger Jr. with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, found it acceptable to create documents and/or pleadings bearing copied signature of an attorney, judge, individuals and/or court file stamps which, while not filed with any court, were presented to a third party to evidence Billy's supposed pending divorce.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Billy practices at 28 Courthouse Square in Jasper, Tennessee.
