Attorney Joseph Silva Jr. of Panama City, FL; slacker

The state of Florida provided Joseph Silva Jr. with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Florida State University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to provide client with written fee agreement

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Joey practices at 105 West 5^th Street in Panama City, Florida.
