Attorney Timothy Roof of Virginia Beach; repeat offender 

The state of Virginia presented Timothy Wade Roof with a law license in 1986 after graduated from Regent University Law School, which is a fourth tier school dedicated to accepting losers that couldn’t get accepted into mainstream law schools like Virginia Tech, Michigan State or the University of Virginia.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to deposit client funds in client trust account
• Failed to promptly pay client funds the client was lawfully entitled too
• Wrote check on insufficient account (rubber)
• Failed to make proper deposits in office trust account

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Timmy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one (1) complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
