The state of Florida provided Talitha Marcine Leacock with a law license in 1998 after she graduated from Georgetown University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Talitha guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Talitha was found in willful contempt for her failure to respond in a timely manner to office inquiries from the State Bar.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Tabitha by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
