Attorney Michael Samuda of Pembroke Pines, FL; ethical misfit

The state of Florida provided Michael Anthony Samuda with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from St. Thomas University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Mike allowed his former law partner, Nathaniel Joe Birdsong III, to practice law in his office even though his license was suspended. Mike was well aware that Birdsong was a serial offender due to the fact that he had previously received two suspensions of his license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

In another matter, Mike failed to properly supervise a non-lawyer that he employed at his law office.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 91-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Mike practices with the PLC Law Group PLLC at 1806 North Flamingo Road in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
