Attorney Jane Forbes of Chapel Hill, NC; convict 

The state of Tennessee provided Jane Burks Forbes with a law license in 1977 after she graduated from the University of Florida Law School.  Jane also received a law license from Florida in 1977.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Jane guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jane pled no contest (guilty in effect) in the Circuit Court for Hickman County to charges of fabricating evidence.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits 
sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jane by gifting her with 
a complimentary 2-year suspension of her law license. 

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Ernie practices at 635 Bear Tree Creek in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
