Attorney Anthony Craighead of Cookeville, TN; lying loser

The state of Tennessee provided Anthony Jay Craighead with a law license in 1992after he graduated from the Nashville Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Tony guilty of the following misconduct.

During the time he was a candidate for Judge of the Circuit Court, he published campaign advertisements in newspapers and on the radio which made statements and assertions regarding prior decisions and/or opinions made by his opponent, in criminal cases involving the judge.

Tony’s assertions were ruled to misrepresent and/or to have created false and misleading impressions regarding the judge’s decisions.

In addition, Tony made false statements that the records of certain juvenile matters were subject to review by the public when he absolutely knew they were not.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Tony practices at 1519A East Spring Street in Cookeville, Tennessee.
