Attorney Marty Davis of Miami; ethical leprechaun

The state of Florida provided Marty Earl Davis with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Miami Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Marty guilty of the following misconduct.

In several documents related to Marty’s purchase of a personal residence, Marty Davissigned the name of a witness who was not present and did not authorize him to use his name. Davis also used the same individual’s notary stamp on one of the documents to verify his own signature, without consent.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Marty by gifting him with a complimentary 90-days suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Marty practices with Legal Solutions Group PL at 2 South Biscayne Blvd in Miami, Florida.
