Attorney Julio Cavero of Coral Gables, FL; ethical elf

The state of Florida provided Julio Cesar Cavero with a law license in 1996.

The Florida State Bar found Julio guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain minimum required records of deposits
• Failed to maintain original and cancelled checks
• Failed to perform monthly reconciliation of trust account
• Failed to provide a detailed annual list of discrepancies in the trust account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Julio by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Julio practices at 800 South Douglas Road in Coral Gables, Florida.
