Attorney Richard Amari of St. Pete Beach, FL; convicted druggie

The state of Florida provided Richard Salvatore Amari with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dick was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) and possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

Subsequently, Did pled guilty in both cases to drug possession, third-degree felonies and was sentenced to two years probation with drug offender conditions.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Dick practices with the Amari Law Office PLC in Saint Pete Beach, Florida.
