Attorney Jesus Sanchelima of Miami; ethical dwarf  

The state of Florida provided Jesus Sanchelima with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Miami Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Jesus guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jesus hired an associate and demanded that he sign an agreement  that would have prohibited him from practicing intellectual property law in Miami Dade County for a year upon leaving the firm.

Jesus demanded said conduct despite the fact that he absolutely knew it was prohibited by the Rules of Conduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Jesus by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Jesus practices with Sanchelima & Associates PA at 235 SW 42^ndAvenuein Miami, Florida.
