Attorney Timothy Terry of Orlando; tax scofflaw   

The state of Florida provided Timothy Wayne Terry with a  law license in 1981 after he graduated from Florida State University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with tax obligation to the IRS
• Failed to remit funds withheld from employee wages for unemployment, Social Security, Medicare and income taxes over a four (4) year period of time

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Timmy punished Adam by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Timmy practices at 801 North Magnolia Avenue in Orlando, Florida.
