Attorney James Carpenter of Ft. Lauderdale; lying loser  

The state of Florida provided James Whitcomb J. Carpenter with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made a false statement (lied) of material fact to a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• After stepfather’s death, failed to correctly identify all potential beneficiaries to the probate court

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Bobby practices with Angelo & Banta PA at 515 East Las Olas Blvd in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
