The Board of Bar Overseers found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to advise client of status of legal matter
• Failed to respond to client’s letters and phone calls
• Failed to discount contingent fee based on present value o f structured settlement
• Charged client an excessive fee (cheater)

• Failed to associate with or consult with experienced probate attorney
• Failed to submit all wills to probate court as required

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Donnie by gifting him with another complimentary reprimand.
