Attorney G. Shepard Bingham of Topsfield, MA; ethical misfit

The state of Massachusetts presented G. Shepard Bingham with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Boston College Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Shepard guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly allowed disputed funds to remain in his office account for extended period of time
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Improperly distributed disputed funds without court approval

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Shepard by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Shepard practices with the Law Offices of G. Shepard Bingham at 58 Main Street in Topsfield, Massachusetts.
