Attorney Roseline Bazelais of Malden, MA; ethical misfit  

The state of Massachusetts presented Roseline Bazelais with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Suffolk University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Rose guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly withdrew funds from trust account
• Failed to maintain proper trust account records
• Improperly annual bar fees with trust account funds
• Failed to maintain trust account check register
• Failed to maintain records of all deposits

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Rose by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Rose practices at 10 Holden Street in Malden, Massachusetts.
