Attorney Nadim Baghdady of Arlington, MA; ethical dwarf

The state of Massachusetts presented Nadim Baghdady with a law license in 1995.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Nadim guilty of the following misconduct.

• Affixed copy of client’s signature to client’s answers to interrogatories and notarized purported signature by falsely state document was signed in his presence
• Failed to promptly correct false deposition testimony of his father
• Failed to ensure that correction sheet re: defendant’s testimony was correct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Nadim by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Nadim practices at 382 Massachusetts Avenue in Arlington, Massachusetts.
