The state of Missouri presented Kevin L. Jamison with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Missouri Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to deposit client funds in designated client trust account
• Failed to advise Supreme Court of status of IOLTA account
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
