Attorney Charles Frahm of Parkville, MO; convicted felon

The state of Missouri presented Charles Theodore Frahm with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Missouri Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Charlie was convicted of two felony counts of reckless aggravated battery and one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence (DUI)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on Disciplinary Counsel didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Charlie the Felon.

As we speak (ca. February 2015), Charlie practices in the Parkville, Missouri area.
