Attorney Christopher Smith of South San Francisco; convicted drunk

The state of California provided Christopher John Smith with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of California Hastings Law School.

The California Bar Court found Chris guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Chris pled nolo contendere (guilty in effect) to driving under the influence (DUI). Subsequently, Chris was sentenced to two days in jail and placed on probation for three years.

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Chris practices with NMM Biopharmaceuticals at 630 Gateway Blvd in South San Francisco, California.
