Attorney Lawrence Fleming of St. Louis; ethical gremlin

The state of Missouri presented Lawrence Joseph Fleming with a law license in 1967

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide competent services (Moron)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Improperly provided financial assistance to client
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on Disciplinary Counsel didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Larry.

As we speak (ca. February 2015), Larry practices at 2001 South Big Bend Blvd in St. Louis, Missouri.
