Attorney Christopher Pfanstiel of Omaha; lying loser

The state of Nebraska presented Christopher A. Pfanstiel with  a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Creighton University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Chris guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly violated his oath of office
• Failed to attend hearing on his motion to set aside default judgment for $1,160 he owed for plumbing services provided to him
• Failed to act candidly (lied) when dealing with tribunal
• Failed to appear at court ordered hearing
• Sanction by court for $700 for failing to attend hearing
• Failed to advise opposing counsel of change of address

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015), Chris practices at 6910 Pacific Street in Omaha, Nebraska.
