Attorney Paul Muia of Omaha; ethical leprechaun

The state of Nebraska presented Paul M. Muia with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Creighton University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Improperly withdrew representation of client
• Failed to properly account for client funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. February 2015), Paulie practices at 1904 Farnam Street in Omaha, Nebraska.
