Attorney Kevin Tucker of Metairie, LA; ethical dwarf

The state of Louisiana presented Kevin Francis Tucker with a law license in 2005  after he graduated from Loyola University Law School in  New Orleans.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected client’s legal matters
• Failed to communicate with clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Kevin.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Kevin practices at 5124 Alphonse Drive in Metairie, Louisiana.
