Attorney Paul Wallace of Columbus, OH; ethical gremlin

The state of Ohio presented Paul Lawrence Wallace with a law li cense in 1980 after he graduated from Capitol University Law School.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Paulie of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to hold client’s insurance settlement in client trust account
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Failed to maintain record of fund held on client’s behalf
• Misappropriated (stole) $32,000 of clients’ funds
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Acted with selfish motive

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Paulie practices with Paul L. Wallace Co. LPA at 171 East Livingston Avenue in Columbus, Ohio.
