The state of New Jersey provided Michael T. Barrett with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Columbia University Law School.

The Disciplinary Review Board found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to contemporaneously review bank statements
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Client ledger accounts not prepared

As a consequence of his latest misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Review Board punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
