Attorney Walter Burych of Ontario, CAN; ethical goblin

The Law Society presented Walter Peter Burych with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Osgood Hall Law School in Toronto. 

The Law Society of Upper Canada found Walt guilty of the following misconduct.

• Breached fiduciary duty as Estate Trustee
• Made foolhardy loan of Estate funds in amount of $15,000
• Causes Estate to incur losses due to ill-advised actions
• Failed to provide services to Estate for nearly three years
• Failed to pursue civil litigation to recover Estate funds
• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society of Upper Canada punished Wayne by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015), Walt practices with Burych Lawyers at 204-89 Queensway West in Mississauga Ontario, Canada.
