Attorney Neal Rosenberg of New York City; ethical dwarf

The state of New York presented Neal Rosenberg with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The Departmental Disciplinary Committee found Neal guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Neal!)
  • Failed to maintain any records of deposits into trust accounts
  • Misuse of trust account caused multiple shortfalls in account
  • Improperly used trust account as personal/business account
  • Routinely advanced financial assistance to clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Disciplinary Commission punished Neal by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Neal practices at 111 John Street in New York, New York.
