Attorney Gary Smith of Woodland Hills, CA; ethical goblin

The state of California provided Gary A. Smith with a law licens e in 2001 after he graduated from Widener University Law School in Wilmington, Del aware.

The California State Bar Court found Gary of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to maintain funds in client trust account
• Wrote checking knowing insufficient funds in account (rubber)
• Failed to respond to repeated client requests for information

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Gary’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reproval for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Gary practices at 6300 Canoga Avenue in Woodland Hills, California, which is located in Los Angeles County.
