Attorney David Castenholz of La Habra, CA; ethical misfit

The state of California provided David J. Castenholz with a law  license in 1987 after he graduated from Boston University Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Dave of the following misconduct.

• Failed to supervise signatory on client trust account
• Failed to keep required ledger for each client
• Failed to maintain bank statements and cancelled checks

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 60- day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Dave practices with the California Lawyers Group, Inc. at 440 East La Habra Blvd in La Habra, California, which is located in Orange County.
