Attorney Thomas Walley of Irvine, CA; ethical gremlin

The state of California provided Thomas W. Walley with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) Law School.

The California Bar Court found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Misconduct caused significant harm
  • Engaged in egregious conflict of interest
  • Failed to provide client with written disclosure re: conflict of interest
  • Breached fiduciary duty of loyalty to client
  • Failed to comply with the laws of California

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Tommy practices at 2 Park Plaza in Irvine, California.
