Attorney Willie Hewett of DC; imbecilic loser

The District of Columbia presented Willie N. Hewett with a law license in 1983.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Willie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in negligent misappropriation (theft) of client funds
• Took $2,000 in fees w/o prior approval of probate court

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals Board punished Willie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
