Attorney Dale Rasmussen of Portland, OR; ethical gremlin

The state of Oregon provided Dale G. Rasmussen with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Chicago Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Dale guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to represent client within bounds of the law
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Acted knowingly in engaging in various misconduct
  • Violated duties he owed to public
  • Engaged in dishonest conduct for benefit of client
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Dale by gifting him with a complimentary 120-day suspension of his law license.

As one would suspect, the Parsons Farnell & Grein LLP law firm does not disclose the misconduct of Dale as set forth above on its self-serving website at www.pfglaw.com. Apparently the Parsons firm decided to conceal said relevant information so as to not limit its future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Dale practices with Parsons Farnell & Grein LLP at 1030 SW Morrison Street in Portland, Oregon.
