Attorney Richard Masterson of Louisville; lying loser
The state of Kentucky presented Richard C. Masterson with a law license in 2001.
The Kentucky Bar Association found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

Falsely asserted to authenticity of notarization of client’s sworn statement

Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

Failed to attend several scheduled court appearances on behalf of clients

Failed to respond to client requests for information

Failed to respond to Family Court show cause orders (Up yours, said Dick!)

Failed to advise client of status of legal matter

Failed to explain matter to extent necessary to allow client to make informed decision

Failed to return client file to client after being discharged

Misrepresented (lied) to client that demand letter had been sent to insurance company when in fact he knew no such thing had occurred
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
As we speak (February 2015), Dick practices at 1062 Reasor Avenue in Louisville, Kentucky.
