The state of Kentucky presented Donald Kyle Deskins with a law license in 2001.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client interests after being fired
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Donnie!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
