Attorney Charles Keen of Bowling Green, KY; ethical misfit

The state of Kentucky presented Charles David Keen with a law license in 1976.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingling client funds with personal funds
• Failed to respond to client information requests
• Failed to promptly handle client’s legal matter
• Failed to advise client of status of legal matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
