Attorney Ernest Rossiello of Chicago; lying loser

The state of Illinois presented Ernest Thomas Rossiello with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Ernie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Rejected settlement offer in an employment case without first consulting with his client
• Wasn’t candid (lied) during course of disciplinary hearing (Up yours, said Ernie!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Ernie by gifting him with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Ernie practices with the Law Offices of Ernest T. Rossiello & Associates PVC at 134 North LaSalle Street in Chicago, Illinois.
