Attorney Shaun Kaufman of Denver; cheating loser
The state of Colorado presented Richard Kenneth Blundell with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Willamette University of Law School.
Disciplinary Counsel found Shaun guilty of the following misconduct.
- Failed to adequately represent client re: appellate matter
- Failed to communicate with client for 2 years
- Failed to protect client’s interests after being fired
- Failed to notify court or client of change in status
- Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
- Failed to return unearned fees (cheater)
- Failed to perform work contracted for
- Failed to segregate client’s funds
- Failed to provide client with requested accounting
- Neglect of client’s case resulted in it being dismissed
- Failed to return client files to client after being fired
- Failed to pay expert witness bill
- Negligently withdrew funds belonging to clients
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Shaun gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.
As we speak, (ca. February 2015), Shaun practices with Shaun Kaufman Law LLC in Denver, Colorado.
Warning: Shaun does not carry legal malpractice insurance
